Ordering and shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days. We process within 1 to 2 business days, then you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Free, on every order. No minimum.
Do I need an account?

The pillow
What colour does it come in?
Light Gray. That's the only one we make. One pillow, done properly, rather than five variations of the same thing.
What are the dimensions?
The contour runs from roughly 10cm at the centre groove to 15cm at the raised wings. That range is what lets it support different head and shoulder positions.
I'm a side sleeper. Will it work?
Yes. The raised wings support your neck whether you're on your side or your back, and it's built for people who shift between the two during the night.
I've tried memory foam before and it didn't help. Why would this be different?
Fair question, and the one we get most. Most memory foam pillows are a flat block. The material changes but the shape doesn't. What usually fails isn't the foam, it's a flat surface treating your head, neck and shoulders as one thing. This is contoured around the fact that they aren't. We'd rather you test that on your own mattress for 60 nights than take our word for it.
How long before I feel a difference?
Give the foam 48 to 72 hours to fully expand after unboxing. Then give yourself one to two weeks. Properly supported alignment feels strange at first if your neck has spent years settling somewhere else. That's why the trial is 60 nights and not 14.
Is it firm?
It's supportive, not plush. Slow-rebound foam gives under pressure and returns to shape rather than staying compressed. Firmer than down, softer than a solid foam block.
How do I clean it?
The cover unzips and washes cold on a gentle cycle. Air dry only. Don't machine wash or tumble dry the foam core. Spot clean it if you need to.

What's your return policy?
60 nights from delivery. Full refund, no restocking fee. Sleep on it properly, that's the point of the trial. If it isn't right, email us within 60 days.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you'd prefer.
