RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on the Veloura LiftWave™.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery 
at [YOUR EMAIL] to start a return. You may return the device whether or not it has 
been opened or used — we ask that you give it a genuine try.

To be eligible, you must provide your order number and the reason for return.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us 
receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time 
for the refund to appear.

The complimentary conductive gel and 12-Week Protocol guide do not need to be returned.

Damaged or defective items: contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a 
replacement at no cost.
